• Each style is limited to a maximum of 300 pairs. Due to limited availability, if an exchange size is not in stock, a refund will be issued instead.

• Returned items must be unworn. Items showing signs of wear are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

• These are fashion heels, designed as statement pieces and not intended for all-day comfort.

• The artwork is a printed design on vegan leather. As with all printed materials, general wear and tear may occur over time, including rubbing or fading. This is considered normal use and not a fault.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be Banksia Nean branded

• The return must be initiated within 10 days of the original purchase date

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including all tags, dust bags, packaging, and shoe box

Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Package Your Items

Place the item(s) securely in a mailing package to prevent damage during transit.

2. Include Essential Information

Inside the package, include a note with:

• Your order number

• Your request:

  • Exchange (specify size/item), or

  • Refund (available for in-stock items only)

3. Pre-Paid Return Satchel (Exchanges Only)

For exchanges, please include a pre-paid return satchel.
If a return satchel is not provided, a $15 reshipping fee will apply.

The following terms apply only to pre-order purchases. By placing a pre-order with Banksia Nean, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Pre-Order Overview

Pre-order items are products not yet available for immediate dispatch and are offered for sale prior to their official release date. Estimated arrival and shipping dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to production or supplier delays.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.

3. Refunds (Pre-Orders)

Refunds for pre-order items are available within two (2) days of the purchase date only.
After this period, all pre-order sales are final and non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted via email or our contact form within the two-day window.

4. Returns & Exchanges (Pre-Orders)

• Pre-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival.

• Items must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

• Any faults or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order, with supporting images.

If an exchange is approved:

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item or receive a refund.

5. Cancellations (Pre-Orders)

Cancellations are permitted within two (2) days of the original purchase date only.
After this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

6. Shipping & Fulfilment (Pre-Orders)

Once pre-order items become available, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.
