Shipping Policy – Banksia Nean

At Banksia Nean, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • In-stock items are picked and packed within 2–3 business days of purchase.

  • Orders with Express Shipping may be prioritised for faster dispatch (typically within 1–2 business days).

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Free shipping offers (if applicable) will be advertised clearly on our website.


Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed over to the postal carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of Banksia Nean.

  • We are not liable for parcels that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit.

  • If your tracking number shows the parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to lodge a claim.

  • We recommend selecting Express Shipping and/or Signature on Delivery if you are concerned about parcel safety.

  • We are happy to assist you with the tracking information, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for issues caused by postal services.


Additional Shipping Information

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order — we are not able to reroute packages once dispatched.

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect, a re-shipping fee will apply.
